We’ll map out your system, develop a phased project scope, chart tasks and create a project board, so you know what’s happening at all times, while a Prince2 trained launch manager implements your Talent Acquisition Platform and onboarding app with all your needs in mind.
We provide training for admins, users and hiring managers remotely (onsite soon hopefully). Training sessions can be on a 1-2-1 or group basis to make sure we can create a bespoke training plan based on everyone’s needs, to make sure you get the most out of your new Talent Acquisition Platform.
From contract sign-on through to implementation, go-live and quarterly reviews, you’ll receive guidance and support from your dedicated Account Manager. Our team are experts, with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you get the most out of your Applicant Tracking System to improve your recruitment. Your Account Manager will provide you with ongoing training on new and existing features, integration support, help you to create automated workflows and forms, suggest ways to improve your campaigns and just be there when you need them.
We offer a range of fixed fee and managed recruitment services for HR teams. We'll be your virtual team to source, screen, shortlist and manage your candidates and even get you discounts on bulk advertising credits.
Our UK-based team provides support for your admins, users, hiring managers and candidates by telephone, email and live chat. Whatever the problem is, we are here to help you. It’s really important to us that you get the most out of all of our products and services, so if you ever have a problem no matter how big or small, let our support team know and they’ll do their best to help.

Since March 2020, we've taken our Customer Forums virtual and they've been a roaring success - but we do hope to be back meeting our customers face to face soon! Our big events are held at great venues like The Shard or Chester Zoo and we put on some food and drinks, present all our latest features, invite keynote speakers to discuss relevant recruitment topics and take some time to get to know you in person and really understand how our ATS is providing value and what we could do to make it even better for you.
